If our website changes our terms and conditions, your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance to these changes. If you any reason object to these terms and conditions, you should not attempt to purchase our products from the site.

Payment Terms

Payment is required for all orders prior to processing an order by our website. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards.

By submitting your credit card information along with the correct billing address, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age, and that all details provided by you are correct in full, and that you are the authorized card holder or have been authorized to use the credit card by the card owner. DigitalLiving.ie is not liable for delay in shipment or refusal to process any order due to wrong information or fraudulent submission of payment information for any particular order.

Security

For your security, orders on our Site are encrypted with SSL technology on both the client and server end. Your information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered, to our server only. In order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. (Please note that email is not encrypted, and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers.)

We are committed to protecting your privacy information that is provided by you. To make your shopping experience more convenient, we gather information about you. We maintain the privacy of your information using security technology and policies that prevent unauthorised use of your personal details.

Pricing

Our pricing is a set price as per each size provided s/m/l/xl all individual prices. You will be charged the exact amount as seen on the screen and website. Prices inc vat at the appropriate rate of 23% per order.

Print Quality

All our images are purchased with a licence fee from our suppliers of photography. We aim to provide the highest print quality while using a premium wallpaper material. Please be advised that all images may not be a 100% exact colour match to what you see on screen although we do our very best to provide the best service and highest quality possible. We intend to have the best colour match as possible but this can vary from a digital screen such as computer, laptop, ipad, tablet, phone or any electrical device compared to a print on paper or wallpaper. All our custom wallpaper is inspected carefully before delivery takes place so we can provide a professional mural wallpaper. Further information is available in our Q&A section.

Delivery

Our delivery terms will always be as agreed on order with an option for you to choose 3-5 days or 3 days express. For ex; if a shipping issue was to arise due to weather conditions that may affect the delivery time we will be in touch in advance to see if you wish to proceed before production takes place incase it was to delay a couple of days. But this would be a rare occasion if to happen. Otherwise a confirmation will go to you on email stating the item has been processed.

Collection

We do not offer a collection point at present. This may change in time and if so we will advise this on our website.

Limitation of Liability

DigitalLiving.ie HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT DEFECT CLAIMS THAT ARE DUE TO PRODUCT MISUSE, IMPROPER SURFACE PREPARATION, IMPROPER PRODUCT OR COLOUR SELECTION OR MISAPPLICATION. THE LIABILITY OF ANY OF THE PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE FOR ANY REASON, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCTS OR ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE ORDERED THROUGH OUR SITE, AT THE OPTION OF DigitalLiving.ie

Trademarks and Copyrights

As a purchaser/client, you acknowledge that you have no right, title or interest in the trademarks, copyrights or other property rights of DigitalLiving.ie and you covenant that you will not take any action to register or otherwise interfere with any such rights.

Return Policy

Any products that are defected or damaged as described by the manufacturer’s warranty located inside the package at the time of delivery will be replaced at no charge to the purchaser. All items claimed to be defective within the warranty period must be shipped to the address indicated by DigitalLiving.ie (sales@digitalliving.ie) at the expense of the purchaser. If any products are defected, these items will be replaced. DigitalLiving.ie’s acceptance of any products shipped to DigitalLiving.ie shall not be deemed an admission that the products shipped are defective, and if DigitalLiving.ie finds that any items returned are not defective, these products will be reshipped to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense.

Entire Agreement

The terms and conditions here of, together with such further terms and conditions as are contained within any written agreement, document, certificate or instrument between us or within any other agreement, document, certificate or instrument referenced herein or within this site, whether by hyperlink or otherwise, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between us concerning the subject matter here of and there of our prior agreements and understandings with respect there to. In an event of any issue or case between the terms and conditions here of and such further terms and conditions, the more specific terms and conditions shall control. Such collective terms and conditions may not be altered or amended except by a written agreement signed by you and us. Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend such collective terms and conditions or to enter an order for products which are subject to additional or altered terms and conditions shall be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by you and us.
